     Frederick was also known as William H. Jr.3 He appeared on the 1920 Federal census of Asheville, North Carolina in the household of his father and step-mother William H. Zurburg and Rose Green.3 Frederick Zurburg appeared on the 1930 Federal census of Asheville, North Carolina in the household of his father and step-mother William H. Zurburg and Rose Green.2 Frederick Zurburg appeared on the 1940 Federal census of Asheville, Buncombe County, North Carolina enumerated 3 April 1940 along with his wife and two children.4

     Deacon Samuel Camp was born in 1648 in New Haven, New Haven Colony, now Connecticut.1 He was the son of Edward Camp and Mary Canfield.1 Deacon Samuel Camp married as his first wife Hannah Betts on 13 November 1672 in Norwalk, Connecticut Colony, Married by Comissioner Olmstead.1,2 Deacon Samuel Camp was baptized on 7 September 1673 in Milford, Connecticut Colony. He was admitted to the church and baptized the same day.1 He married as his second wife Mary Camp, daughter of William Camp and Mary Smith, on 4 October 1682 in Milford, Connecticut Colony, They were married by Major Treat.1,2 Deacon Samuel Camp married as his third wife Rebecca Atkinson, daughter of Luke Atkinson and Mary Platt, on 28 April 1695 in Milford, Connecticut Colony.1,2 Deacon Samuel Camp died in 1715.1

     Mary Canfield was born in 1622.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Canfield and Agnes Proctor.1,2 Mary Canfield married as her first husband Edward Camp, son of Edward Camp and Grace Mott, before 1646.1 Mary Canfield married as her second husband John Lane on 4 April 1660 in Milford, New Haven Colony, now Connecticut.1,3 Mary Canfield died in 1680.1
     She left a will on 22 February 1680.1
