She was the daughter of Aaron Wareham and Prudence (Carter) Gibbs.2,1,3 She married Jesse Williams Fox, son of Samuel Fox and Lucy Williams, on 2 June 1849 in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie, LaPorte County, Indiana.3 Eliza Jerusha Gibbs died on 26 June 1889 in Salt Lake City, Utah Territory, at age 58.2,1
