     Robert Hammer and Laura (?) appeared on the 1920 Federal census of Albemarle County, Virginia, at Samuel Miller District, enumerated 10 January 1920. Laura's children by Rush Robinson, Mary Virginia and David were also in the household.1

She was not living at the time her husband's estate was divided between their children.1
