     Ebenezer Prout was born on 14 March 1656/57 in Boston, Massachusetts Bay Colony. Her birth record is not found in the Concord Registers.¹ She married Samuel Fox, son of Eliphalet Fox and Mary Wheeler, on 13 June 1693 in Concord, Province of Massachusetts Bay.^2,3,4 Ruth Knight died on 21 September 1741 in Concord, Province of Massachusetts Bay.⁵

     Sara Abbye Drake was born on 9 November 1803 in New Milford, Litchfield County, Connecticut.¹ She married Allen Fox, son of Allen Fox and Chloe Crittenden, on 24 November 1825.¹ Sara Abbye Drake died on 18 August 1889 in Irene, Boone County, Illinois, at age 85.¹
     She appeared on the 1870 Federal census of Franklin Township, DeKalb County, Illinois, enumerated 14 June 1870. She was living next door to her son Allen and his family.²
