     Deliverance Palmer was born circa 1665. She was the daughter of George Benjamin and Bethiah (Mowrey) Palmer.¹ She married Edward Cleveland, son of Moses Cleveland and Ann Winn, circa 1684 in North Kingston, Colony of Rhode Island, Washington County.^1,2 Deliverance Palmer died on 7 June 1717 in Canterbury, Connecticut Colony, now Windham County.^1,2

     Her birth and death dates are unknown. Zeruiah Church married Edward Cleveland , son of Moses Cleveland and Ann Winn, on 1 January 1721/22 in Canterbury, Connecticut Colony, now Windham County.¹

     Rev. John Sherman was born on 26 December 1613 in Dedham, Essex, England.² He was the son of Edmund Sherman and Joane (?)^1,2 Rev. Daniel Sherman, son of Rev. John Sherman and Mary Gibbs, on 28 September 1664 in New Haven, New Haven Colony, now Connecticut.^1,2 Her death date has not been found. She died in New Haven, Connecticut Colony, It is likely that she and her husband followed her father and his church to New Haven.^3,1

     Martha Bradley was born circa October 1648 in New Haven, New Haven Colony, now Connecticut.¹ She married Capt. Daniel Sherman , son of Rev. John Sherman and Mary Gibbs, before 1707 in New Haven, Connecticut Colony, probably.¹ Martha Bradley died on 7 January 1707 in Wallingford, Connecticut Colony.¹

     Samuel Sherman was born before 14 April 1644 in Milford, New Haven Colony, now Connecticut.^1,2 He was the son of Rev. John Sherman and Mary Gibbs.^1,2,3 Samuel Sherman died on 15 September 1644 in Milford, New Haven Colony, now Connecticut.²

     Edmund Sherman was born circa 1574 in England.² He was the son of Edmund Sherman and Anne Pelatt.¹ Edmund Sherman married Joane (?) before 1599 in England.^3,2 Edmund Sherman died Bet 29 0ct 1640 and May 1641 in New Haven, New Haven Colony, now Connecticut.^3,4
     He and Joane (?) immigrated in 1635 on the Elizabeth. Their children John, Grace, Samuel and Daughter traveled with them.^2,4 Edmund Sherman became a freeman on 25 May 1636 in Watertown, Massachusetts Bay Colony, now Middlesex County.² He moved to Wethersfield, Connecticut Colony, now Hartford County, in 1638.^5,2

     Joane (?) was born in 1575 in England. She was not the daughter of Tobias Makin.² She married Edmund Sherman, son of Edmund Sherman and Anne Pelatt, before 1599 in England.^1,2 Joane (?) died after 14 June 1643 in Connecticut Colony when she was mentioned in her husband's uncle's will.²
     She and Edmund Sherman immigrated in 1635 on the Elizabeth. Their children John, Grace, Samuel and Daughter traveled with them.^2,3
