     Josiah Wiseman was born on 21 January 1785.^1,2 He was the son of Jacob Wiseman and Elizabeth Henderson.¹ Josiah Wiseman died on 18 December 1846 in Davidson County, North Carolina, at age 61.^1,2

     Isaac Wiseman was born on 26 February 1699/0 in sea on board ship from Wales to America.¹ He was the son of Thomas Wiseman and Elizabeth Quadling.¹ Isaac Wiseman married Mary Marshall, daughter of John Marshall, in 1736.¹ Isaac Wiseman died in January 1776 in Province of North Carolina at age 75.¹

     Mary Marshall was born in 1721 in England.¹ She was the daughter of John Marshall.¹ Mary Marshall married Isaac Wiseman, son of Thomas Wiseman and Elizabeth Quadling, in 1736.¹ Mary Marshall died on 10 November 1791 in Rowan County, North Carolina.¹
