     Elizabeth Howe was born on 16 July 1675 in Sudbury, Massachusetts Bay Colony.^1,2 She was the daughter of John Howe and Elizabeth Ward.^1,2 Elizabeth Howe married Thomas Keyes, son of Elias Keyes and Sarah Blandford, on 23 January 1698/99. Their children were David, Jonathan, Cyprian, Dinah and Thomas.      She was visiting her sister in Lancaster when her sister was killed by Indians, and Elizabeth was taken captive. She was redeemed and returned home about three years later.^1,2

He married (2) widow Lydia Vifian.¹ He died on 14 June 1725 in Boston, Province of Massachusetts Bay, at age 49.¹
